These black and white pictures are scanned from black and white film that I took in the 80s and 90s - I usually used XP1/2 or PAN F/PLUS. My scanner seems to make a very good job of showing up the film grain, but this is part of the nature of black and white film.The good thing about modern technology is that it enables you to completely cut out the use of any toxic chemicals used in the development and printing process.
